We are seeking a trilingual English, French and Italian speaking Administration Assistant who will provide high-level support to one of our clients the Chairman of a financial Institution based in Egypt. You must have experience of working in a fast paced environment, with an understanding of the financial services sector would be an advantage.
The position will require extensive travel with the Chairman to assist him with his meetings and administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ideally be fluent in English, French and Italian, be a team player; with a dynamic, energetic and upbeat personality. In addition to this you will be self-aware, diplomatic and tactful. Have an advanced level in communication & administrative duties, being able to take shorthand would be an advantage and be well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
The salary will be discussed during the interview but will depend on experience level. This position would require re-location to Egypt.
